The root cause allergy plan
— Natural hay fever & seasonal allergy relief
I created this guide after spending years struggling with severe seasonal allergies, histamine issues, skin flare-ups, fatigue, and inflammation myself
What’s Inside
-
Most people think seasonal allergies are simply a reaction to pollen.
But pollen is often only part of the story.
Histamine symptoms can be influenced by:
Gut health and digestion
Mold exposure
Nervous system stress
Lymphatic congestion
Dehydration
Mineral and vitamin deficiencies
Circadian rhythm disruption
Histamine-producing foods
Poor DAO enzyme activity
Key nutrients such as magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, vitamin C, and B vitamins are essential for breaking down histamine.
If you're struggling with sneezing, itchy eyes, congestion, brain fog, fatigue, headaches, skin issues, poor sleep, or histamine reactions to foods, your body may need support in areas that conventional allergy advice often overlooks.
This guide helps you uncover those hidden connections and gives you practical steps to support your body naturally.
-
Inside the Root Cause Allergy Plan, you’ll find:
A gentle liver support protocol to help support natural detox pathways
Histamine-supportive foods and meal idea
Mold, gut, and histamine connection overview
Lymphatic drainage exercises (Big 9 movement protocol)
Nervous system and adrenal support tools
Key nutrients for histamine balance (magnesium, zinc, iron, B vitamins, etc.)
DAO enzyme support and cofactors
Hydration, minerals, and detox support basics
Sunlight, sleep, and circadian rhythm guidance
Simple natural strategies to support your body during allergy flare-ups
-
The goal isn’t to suppress symptoms — it’s to support the systems involved so your body responds differently.
With consistent support, you may notice:
Less congestion and sinus pressure
Reduced histamine reactions
Clearer breathing
Improved energy and focus
Better sleep
Less puffiness, inflammation, and reactivity
You don’t need to fight your body.
Instead of seeing allergies as a threat, you’ll begin to understand them as a signal from your body that certain systems needed extra support.
By addressing those underlying needs, allergy season can feel easier, lighter, and more manageable.
Why I created this
I didn’t create this from theory… I created it from experience
For years, I dealt with seasonal allergies, histamine reactions, congestion, brain fog, fatigue, skin issues, food reactions, insomnia, and anxiety.
At my worst, I felt like I had to constantly manage my environment just to function — reacting to pollen, air quality, smoke, foods, and everyday exposures that others seemed to tolerate easily. It felt like everything was a trigger.
I tried antihistamines, elimination diets, supplements, and avoidance strategies. Some things helped temporarily, but nothing addressed why my body was reacting.
That led me into deeper research around histamine, gut health, lymphatic flow, minerals, nervous system regulation, and the body’s detox pathways.
As a naturopath and holistic practitioner with a background in functional health, and a practice guided by modern science and ancient wisdom, I began connecting systems usually viewed separately — digestion, immunity, lymph, hormones, and stress physiology.
What I found is that seasonal allergies are rarely just about pollen. They reflect deeper imbalances in the body’s ability to regulate histamine and maintain internal balance.
This guide is the result — combining clinical understanding, research, and lived experience into something practical and easy to apply.
My intention is to help you understand your body in a way that feels empowering, so you can support root causes instead of just managing symptoms.
