Hi, I’m Murielle
A holistic practitioner, herb-lover, truth-teller, and lifelong student of life.
I help women reconnect with their body using real food, mineral balance, functional testing, and nervous system support. So they can understand what their body is communicating and feel at home in themselves again.
My work lives at the intersection of mind + body, science + intuition, nature + truth.
I’m drawn to the dance between these worlds. Not as opposites, but as languages that describe the same system.
My work is about guiding you back home to your body—using a root-cause approach that looks at gut health, hormones, minerals, nervous system regulation, and the deeper patterns underneath symptoms.
I wasn’t always here.
I wasn’t always here.
Before this work, I was a lawyer. And it felt… completely misaligned.
Working under blue light, in a competitive, high-pressure environment focused on litigation and outcomes that didn’t align with how I wanted to live or support people. I know many lawyers thrive in that world, but I’m not one of them.
I’m someone who needs space, nature, and meaning. And I’m far more drawn to understanding the body, patterns, emotions, and healing than legal systems.
My healing journey
My path into natural medicine started early. As a teenager, I struggled constantly with gut pain, food sensitivities, chronic hay fever, and skin inflammation—symptoms that no one could fully explain. I was passed between doctors, tried medications, UV treatments, and protocols that never truly addressed the root cause. At one point, I even wore orange sunglasses indoors because of side effects.
It wasn’t just physical, it was disorienting. I was exhausted, inflamed, anxious, and disconnected from my body. Something in me always felt there had to be another way.
I first saw a naturopath when I was younger, looking for answers to what was happening in my body. While it supported me at the time, it also opened my awareness to something deeper, that there wasn’t going to be a single quick fix.
By university and into law school, these patterns intensified. My digestion, hormones, sleep, immune system, and mental health were all unraveling at once. I was burnt out, living almost entirely in my mind, and disconnected from my body and intuition.
In my later adult years (particularly while living in Bali) everything came to a head. Mold exposure, parasites, and long-standing hormonal and adrenal dysregulation surfaced all at once, alongside skin issues like eczema and psoriasis that had been quietly building for years. My insomnia worsened, my energy crashed, and my body felt like it could no longer adapt the way it used to.
During this time, I saw many different practitioners, therapists, acupuncturists, Reiki practitioners, reflexologists, dermatologists, gastroenterologists, naturopaths, and homeopaths. You name it, I probably tried it.
Each one helped in some way, but I realised something important: healing wasn’t something that could be outsourced to one practitioner or one approach. It required something deeper (support, yes) but also learning to listen to my own intuition and understand my body’s patterns for myself.
I hit a point where I couldn’t ignore it anymore. That’s when I returned to naturopathic care, this time with a very different level of awareness.
The shift
Within months of changing my diet, supporting my gut, and using herbal medicine, I felt something I hadn’t felt in years: relief.
Not a miracle cure. Not perfection. Just enough relief to make me curious.
While working in law, I found myself secretly reading about the body during breaks. Herbs became more interesting than hearings. Physiology became more compelling than litigation.
Eventually, I could no longer ignore it. My body was calling me home. So I left law.
I travelled through Australia and Bali, immersed myself in natural medicine, functional nutrition, emotional healing, and ancient approaches to health. I met people living in rhythm with nature ~people who understood that the body, minerals, emotions, food, and the nervous system all speak the same language.
For the first time in years, I felt alive again.
What I do now
I now support women through naturopathic nutrition and functional health, with a focus on root-cause healing and whole-body regulation.
I work with:
Gut health & digestion
Hormonal imbalance & cycle issues
Fatigue & low energy states
Skin concerns & inflammation
Histamine & sensitivities
Nervous system dysregulation
Mineral imbalances & depletion
Metabolic health & blood sugar regulation
But more importantly, I look at how all of these systems interact. Because symptoms are rarely isolated, and the body is never random.
What I believe
True healing isn’t about chasing symptoms. It’s about understanding the patterns beneath them—and supporting the systems that regulate everything else.
The body is intelligent. It is always communicating. The question is whether we’ve been taught how to listen.
Why I do this work
My mission is simple:
To help you reconnect with your body, dissolve overwhelm, understand your patterns, and feel like yourself again—deeply, honestly, fully.
Not by forcing your body. Not by suppressing symptoms. But by listening, regulating, and supporting your system back into balance.
If you’re here
If you’re navigating gut issues, hormone imbalances, fatigue, skin concerns, or feeling disconnected from your body…
You’re not broken. You’re not failing. Your body is communicating.
And I’d be honoured to help you understand what it’s saying.
Work with me
If you’re ready for root-cause support and want to understand what’s driving your symptoms, you can work with me 1:1.
My approach is anything but conventional.
Your body is intelligent. It is constantly adapting, protecting, and communicating. What we call symptoms are often messages, invitations to pay attention rather than problems to silence.
When we learn to listen, everything changes. That’s where healing begins. Being seen. Understanding your story. Finding direction without force.
Thank you for allowing me to guide you back to your body.
