Assessing the Foundations

This is where we slow things down and look at you as a whole.
During our session, I take a complete health history to understand the patterns behind what you’re experiencing. We’ll talk through your main concerns, symptoms, cycles, digestion, energy, stress, sleep, emotional health, and anything else that feels relevant.
Nothing is too small, too much, or too weird, it all matters. We also review your medical history, past procedures, and medications, as these often hold important clues. This step is about slowing down, listening closely, and understanding the language your body is speaking.
Optional Add-Ons:
Advanced Test Review & Interpretation ~ $150 · Includes detailed analysis, pattern recognition, and integration into your personalized plan. Testing helps remove guesswork and allows for targeted, personalized support, not one-size-fits-all protocols. Please note: Testing is optional and billed separately. All costs are discussed in advance.
Between-Session Support ~$250
For clients who feel sensitive, overwhelmed, or want extra reassurance, this add-on provides ongoing guidance to help you implement your plan, adjust as your body responds, and navigate changes with confidence. Support includes check-ins, personalized feedback, and practical advice. Available after your initial consultation.

Case Review + Analysis

After our session, I spend dedicated time reviewing your case in depth. I analyze patterns across your symptoms, history, and lifestyle to identify root imbalances and areas that need support.

If testing is recommended, we’ll choose the most appropriate option for your body and goals.
